- 2nd – 1.625 (Mainshaft 26 / Countershaft 16)
- 3rd – 1.263 (Mainshaft 24 / Countershaft 19)
- 4th – 1.000 (Mainshaft 24 / Countershaft 24)
5th Gear Ratio Options:
- Short – 0.814 (Mainshaft 22 / Countershaft 27)
- Long – 0.677 (Mainshaft 21 / Countershaft 31)
MS = Main Shaft Gear Count
CS = Counter Shaft Gear Count
*Take note, when using the short ratio 0.814 it is required to slightly die-grind the Retainer Plate near the gear for clearance to the teeth as the gear is larger.
**Using this Gearset will result into your FACTORY 0.76 Ratio 5th Gear becoming a 0.55 Ratio because of the fact we run a true 1:1 Drive Gear (4th Gear) - We suggest using 5th only for the Highway if you run this kit, our optional Dog Engagement 5th gear with 0.814 ratio (1-5 Short + Reverse) for circuit use and 0.677 1-5 Long + Reverse ratio for highway use to go with this kit, with Dog Engagement Reverse.

Superfinishing is a metalworking process that improves surface finish and workpiece geometry. This is achieved by removing just the thin amorphous surface layer left by the last process with an abrasive stone to grind the gears and other parts ; this layer is usually about 1 μm in magnitude. Superfinishing, unlike polishing which produces a mirror finish, creates a cross-hatch pattern on the workpiece.
Advantages of superfinishing include: increasing part life, decreasing wear, closer tolerances, higher load bearing surfaces, better sealing capabilities, and elimination of a break in period.
